Lara’s Book Corner – Green Glass House by Kate Milford
Summary
The Green Glass House is filled with joy and is quiet at wintertime. Until, that is, secretive guests fill the house for many odd reasons, on the first night of an icy vacation. Consequently, the housekeeper’s adopted son, Milo, is filled with fury because, instead of relaxing, he has to tend the guests who stay in his home. As objects go missing and tempers rise, Milo and Meddy, the cook’s daughter, must work together and investigate the guests, or suspects, and uncover a mystery nobody can handle.
Review
I gave this book five of five stars. This book is a wild mystery that keeps you guessing and guessing. As you cannot figure out who is the one hiding objects and moving along secretly, you have funny events, twists and turns, and a few very sad moments. This book is definitely one of my top five favorite mysteries, and I am positive you will enjoy it as much as I did.
