Celebrity Sightings – March 2016
Westfield Valencia Town Center was lit up with not only lights this winter season but also stars as Disney Channel celebrities were spotted warming up on the outdoor ice rink as the weather got chilly. Peyton Clark, who plays Garret Spenger from Disney’s I Didn’t Do It, was seen skating with Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World cast member Sabrina Carpenter.
Peyton Clark was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and is best known for I Didn’t Do It, Windsor and Mild Mannered. Sabrina was born in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and landed her first acting role in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as a young victim interviewed by Detective Elliot Stabler. Sabrina performed on a Chinese television station, where she sang, Something’s Got a Hold on Me, by Etta James. She played Young Chloe on The Goodwin Games in 2012 and was a lead dancer for Just Dance Kids 2. Sabrina also appeared in the Austin & Ally episode Moon Week & Mentors as Lucy Gluckman.
Last week, while shopping at Valencia Town Center, sisters Brea and Halle Holmes ran into the McClain sisters. The McClain Sisters is an American R&B and Pop group. Formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2004, the group consists of sisters China Anne, Sierra and Lauryn McClain. They are known for starring in Tyler Perry’s Daddy’s Little Girls. China also is known for her work in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and Disney’s A.N.T. Farm.
Brea and Halle Holmes are designers and CEOs of Sweet Dream Girlz, a head-to-toe brand of natural skincare, sweet apparel and fun sneakers. They are based in Valencia, and their products have been featured by Yahoo, Girls Life, Bop, Tigerbeat, Jet and Black Enterprise.
