Revive Your Faith
For thousands of years the periods of Lent and Easter have been a time to examine a person’s faith. Age-old traditions promote self-examination through repentance, prayer and fasting, and often offer guided questions to take the believer on a journey into their own belief. In honor of this tradition, and in honor of the new things God is doing today in our communities, Santa Clarita United Methodist Church is pressing into those real faith questions!
If you are spiritual but not religious, religious but not spiritual, deeply rooted in your faith, have serious questions about faith, or are somewhere in between you won’t want to miss our Lent/Easter sermon series, “Revival.”
Revival means to reinvigorate, restore to life, and to become strong and healthy. Starting on Sunday, February 14, we are welcoming Revival through these poignant and timely questions;
• How has the church hurt me or the world?
• What is our image of God?
• How we can move into healing and empowerment?
• What are some tangible ways we can express our faith or journey towards faith?
The Resurrection of Christ has the power to transform our lives into revived, stronger, and reinvigorated love of God on Easter and every day after.
Join us each Sunday 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a new way to be revived.
