Another feature we offer is using technology to help to take the guesswork out of framing.  Custom framing is a very creative activity and some people have difficulty imagining what the final piece will look like. If you’ve ever had something custom framed you know that the design process includes placing a corner sample of a frame and a corner sample of a mat on the corner of your artwork.  Various sample combinations can be placed around the artwork to determine the best look for the final framed piece. New computer software has made it very easy for customers to visualize how their artwork will look when it is completed.  A photograph is taken of the artwork along with the selected framing materials.  Within moments, an illustration is created showing what the framed piece will look like, and it is then displayed on the television screen. The software allows us to change the combinations of the framing selections with just a few clicks of a mouse.  This provides you the opportunity to compare different looks side by side.  We have found this technology to be very helpful and our customers really enjoy seeing the finished artwork on the screen.  Still, if for any reason you bring your custom framed piece home and find that you are not totally in love with it, we have a 30-day design guarantee.  If you want a different molding or to change the mats, we’ll re-frame your piece up to the same price range for free.  We are dedicated to quality, craftsmanship and your total satisfaction.
