With this in mind; Sabor has created a Spring-Summer menu that will dazzle your senses in ways you haven’t experienced before.
We believe that Mexican food can be light, healthier with a clean taste without sacrificing flavor; for instance, take our newest creation: Callo de Hacha; sea scallops seared to perfection; this amazing entree is served over zucchini noodles sauté along a sweet corn – crema sauce; simply delicious. As well as our famous Jicama Tortilla Chicken Tacos: a crisp thinly sliced jicama tortilla (uncooked), jidori free ranged chicken breast, a touch of creamy charred tomato sauce, shredded lettuce, perfectly ripe avocado slices, topped with sweet mango.
