The craft of fine food and craft beer has been Newhall Refinery’s focus since opening in May 2013. Built from reclaimed oak and knotty alder wood, softly illuminated with Edison Style light bulbs, this custom built space delivers a one of a kind look and feel for the Santa Clarita Valley. Food and drink menus have seasonality built into their cores, with new and tasty items appearing as the seasons change. Offering 22 artisanal draught beers and many specialty bottle choices, cicerone certified staff is eager to guide you through the many wonderful choices. IPA’s, Weissbier, Kolsch, Amber, Belgian Ale, Sour, Pale Ale, Porters, and Stouts are all served the way the brewer intended.
Our distinctive menu embodies the respect and passion we have for originality; all menu items including desserts are created in house from scratch and pair perfectly with our extensive specialty craft beers and wines.
We now offer exciting handcrafted cocktails, celebrating the true art of a well-crafted cocktail.

Fork-tender meats from Niman ranch are all natural premium beef with no antibiotics or added hormones.
Poultry is Mary’s organic free-range from Southern California and includes a five-Step Animal Welfare Rating.
Fresh fish and seafood is sourced using seafood watch, this program allows us to promote and feel good about using sustainable seafood.
“The Cellar” is now available for guests by reservation only, this is one of a kind private dining space with its own personality, a perfect setting for your next special event.
