Though many Santa Clarita residents come for the food, many more come for the drinks. Illuminated by Edison-style light bulbs, the bar boasts 22 artisanal draught beers and more than 24 specialty bottle choices. But the list goes on. In spring 2016, Newhall Refinery announced a new line up of seasonal handcrafted cocktails. With a focus on whiskey and Bourbon, craft cocktails include: the popular Moscow Mule (Fever Tree ginger beer, Hangar One Straight Vodka, muddled mint and lime); a global whiskey flight (Teelings Irish whiskey, Hakushu Japanese 12-year single malt, Whistle Pig American rye); and the ‘Refine’ Your Wine (Hendricks gin, raspberry puree, simple syrup, bubbly, fresh raspberries). If Sunday sipping is your style, the brand new Bloody Mary Station allows diners to customize their drink with choice of vodka, juice/mix and garnishes. With such delicious new additions, there aren’t enough happy hours to conquer this beverage menu.
