Luxury Meets Results at Henry Mayo Fitness and Health

Luxury meets functionality at the new Henry Mayo Health and Fitness in Valencia.  And when members get acquainted with the many programs, services and support systems available to them, the outcome is sure to be: real results.
“It’s our hope that we can really improve the health of this community by offering a different kind of fitness center,” said Patrick Moody, director of marketing, public and community relations for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital.
The center aims to reach community members who want to make lasting, healthy lifestyle changes but are unsure where to start or how to continue.  The first medically integrated fitness center in the region, Henry Mayo Health and Fitness offers: a designated physical therapy space; a rehabilitation center with corresponding programs; physical and mental health education programs; wellness center; massage services; state-of-the-art exercise equipment; group exercise studios; a pool with lap lanes; locker rooms; saunas; and more.  Medical and fitness professionals will also be on hand to provide health assessments and tailored programs, as well as guidance and encouragement along the way, when the center opens in July.
