Preschool: Why and Where?
It’s time to start considering preschool for next year for your little one, but why? Why entrust your special little sunshine to others when you know he grows up so fast? And how do you find the best place?
The right preschool will give your son or daughter a place to thrive socially.
As much as you give at home, you are one person and the world is full of unique people to interact with. He will learn to participate in circle time and interact with others on the playground and the classroom. He’ll find grown ups that care about him and teach him things in a new way.
It’s never too early to develop a love of school and learning. Watching the smile on his face when he runs off with his friends, shows you his latest artistic creation, or teaches you about the new word he discovered, will let you know you made the right choice.
But where do you go? You need a school with experience, a great reputation, the right balance of developmental and academic learning, and most of all a place you feel comfortable entrusting your child’s care. A place like CBS Preschool.
Visiting schools is a good place to start. Call Director Carol Bloom at 661-254-2411 and set up a visit for you and your child. Make sure to bring a list of any questions you have and take a look at the classroom environment and wonderful staff. Check out the smiles on the other children’s faces. Those are the best indicator of all.
For more information or directions, call the CBS office at 661-254-2411.
