Rustic Burger operates similarly to its sister stores. You start with a delicious side, like their koroque served with katsu sauce. Then it’s time to build your meal. They ask you to pick your protein from a variety of options including chicken breast, sow & cow, chuck & brisket, tofu, shrimp, and even salmon. Next, you choose your bun from their selection of brioche, wheat, pretzel, and gluten free. Or, if you’re looking for something different, any of their proteins can be served on a salad. If you chose to go with a burger, you can now pick which style you’d like. Rustic Burger offers many delicious options, such as “The Rustic:” your burger with tomato, iceberg, onion, pickles, and havarti. In the mood for something different? Try their Chili style burger! Your burger choice with red onions, cheddar and house-made chili.  Yum!
