Helm Vision Group Welcomes Dr. Chua!

 We are very pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Monprapa Chua to our practice!  Dr. Chua graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA. She worked in the optometry field for a year before continuing her own training and completing her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Southern California College of Optometry. Shortly thereafter, she traveled to Thailand to participate in an optometry mission as a translator, and, to provide the underprivileged Thai people with eye exams and glasses. Dr. Chua then moved to New York and started her career working in various practices, but being a true Californian at heart, she returned to LA in late 2002 where she has been practicing since. She finally made her home in Santa Clarita in 2005 and has been providing care in this Valley for 10 years. During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, and she stays active by engaging in outdoor activities and most sports.  Patients love her easy smile and professionalism!  We are fortunate to have her as part of our practice family!
We are also happy to announce that we now have Saturday hours available for optical needs.  We will have one of our excellent optometrists on site for examinations as well as our outstanding staff of opticians!
We believe in a teamwork approach to patient care.  Every member of our team is important in delivering the highest quality of care from phone call to office visit.  We are also constantly striving to equip our office with the most state of the art equipment in order to aid in both diagnostics and patient education.  It is not enough to have good equipment though.  It is imperative that our doctors know how to interpret the results and use this information to best serve our patients needs.
We are also pleased to welcome patients of Dr. Felise May Barte to our office!  We wish Dr. Barte much success with her future endeavors!
