A Lifetime of Caring – Meet Dr. Rupinder Garha, D.V.M., Valley Lyons Pet Hospital

 From an early age Dr. Garha spent his time surrounded by animals.  Fascinated with stories from his uncle, a veterinarian in India, he was inspired to start his own career in veterinary medicine.  After earning his degree from D.A.V. College Jalandhar, Dr. Garha continued on to achieve his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The College of Veterinary Sciences at Punjab Agricultural University.  He then joined the Valley Lyons Pet Hospital team in 2012. Dr. Garha is a member of American Veterinary Medical Association, the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association, and the Indus Valley Veterinary Association. His professional interests include dentistry, surgery, behavioral medicine, rehabilitation and nutrition.
