Real Estate Bubble – Beware!
Ok so maybe that’s a stretch. In fact many homeowners and future buyers are benefiting from the current market conditions in ways we haven’t seen before. Historic low interest rates make the cost of homeownership much more affordable so you can buy much more with less monthly.
With so many folks scared about rumors about bubbles and getting educated about the house crisis we all endured, many are in limbo and not making moves which has certainly contributed to the limited amount of homes for sale in our Valley and neighboring areas. Truth is, with supply and demand working in your favor, people who are selling now are seeing some healthy sale prices and often, multiple offers. Heck, it’s so favorable I’m selling some of my investment properties myself to enjoy the upside while it’s here. In time it will adjust and values will lower, especially when interest rates inevitably increase so if you do have a home to sell now is the time to at least have conversations about your home’s current value and look at all your options before the favorable conditions change and like the way in Game of Thrones, winter is upon us.
As always I’m here to help anyway I can along with my awesome team of professionals. Call/text anytime and we are happy to answer any questions you may have at no charge. Randy Plaice, CalBRE#01863252 RE/MAX of Valencia 818-294-0414 or office: 661-702-4626.
