SCV’s First-Ever Ultimate Dinner Is a Smashing Hit

What do you get when you put together four top-notch food and beverage businesses and let creativity call the shots?  One Ultimate Dinner.  After winning élite Magazine’s Ultimate Dining Awards, Pocock Brewing Company, Newhall Refinery, Rustic Burger and Pulchella Winery decided to craft a tasting menu with selections from each business for one special night.  About 75 guests were in attendance at Pocock Brewery on Tuesday, August 9.  Newhall Refinery served a chef’s special Lobster Cappelletti appetizer and Chocolate Surrender dessert, while Rustic Burger plated their fan favorite Farm Burger for the main.  For each of the three courses, Pulchella paired a glass of delicious red wine, and Pocock Brewing Company paired each bite with the perfect brew.  Many guests stuck around for hours following the meal to meet the chef’s and refill their glasses – and all who attended cheered in favor of next year’s “annual” event.
