The Place That Has It All Get ready to meet the new Sisley
Don’t we all want that place where you can take a date or join your friends to enjoy a great meal and immediately segue into an arena where you can socialize and even meet up with people? That special feeling of sophistication yet fun and local – all in one. Finally, Santa Clarita will have that space set to impress all your business meals with valet to make it that much easier.
“It’s the food you crave in a setting that you won’t find anywhere else in Santa Clarita through intensely detailed designs and various choices of seating,” Co-owner Francine Alba said.
Owners Francine and Jamie Alba remember growing up during a time when Hollywood still held onto those classic values. In a world of mass production, digital communication and impersonal service, many trends in fashion, food and lifestyle are swinging toward the glory days of the past. It seems with so much forward motion, many of us are craving some of the lessons of the past: genuine conversation, real food, classic and custom cocktails, food and an array of craft beer all in a timeless fashion. It was, after all, called the Golden Age of Hollywood for a reason. Back then, they let the good times roll.
Of special interest is that during the winter months of readying the unveiling you won’t want to miss this scene that will be available for lunch, dinner and everything in between: We are creating a space that calls upon the traditions of old Hollywood hot spots –The completely weatherproofed patios will feature its own bar with scheduled live entertainment. The bygone days of dining and ‘partying on the patios’ will be yours to enjoy, says Jamie Alba.
Sisley’s most loyal patrons need not fret – the authentic, home-cooked dishes will remain a staple of the longstanding local establishment.
“Research has confirmed that a diet rich in Olive Oil, fresh fish and meat with vegetables is the way to longevity Francine added. “We’re bringing a greater health focus to our menu, without losing our taste or traditional flavors. The best part is we create all our dishes fresh to order. Our kitchen looks just like your grandmother’s – full of fresh vegetables being chopped and diced, top-quality olive oil and spices, and the best fresh meat available. ”
In addition to Sisley’s homemade culinary favorites, the owners are introducing new and exciting flavors throughout the year with Mary’s Free Range Chicken, farm to table specials and organic choices.
“We will round out your experience with custom cocktails and a perfect choice of beer and wine,” Fran said. “We can hardly wait to bring all of our friends and customers something new to love.”
