Shop the Closet Support single mothers in your community!
Closet on Main (COM) is a fun and affordable clothing boutique where you can shop for a worthy cause! All proceeds from COM go directly to Single Mothers Outreach (SMO) and in turn help provide programs and services to extremely low-income single mothers in the Santa Clarita community!
Single Mothers Outreach serves hundreds of single parents per year. We believe that effective parenting leads to successful, well-adjusted children; however, parenting is too important a responsibility to do alone. Single Mothers Outreach is a grassroots organization that scaffolds families facing sudden housing instability, income loss, emotional trauma, and social deterioration as the result of divorce or widowhood.
With a mission to “empower single parents and their children by providing hope, support, and resources so families can become self-sustaining,” SMO directly helps single parents find jobs, get educated, secure housing, stabilize their children’s emotional states, manage their finances, and help one another.
Please support Single Mothers Outreach by shopping the gently-used and new items at the Closet on Main. New clothing items arrive each week! Look out for upcoming sales and the new spring collection.
The Closet on Main is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is located on 24335 Main Street in Newhall. Please contact The Closet on Main at 661-288-0100 for more information. We thank you for your support!
