Supporting Our Teaching Programs – SCV Education Foundation Distributes Supplies and Equipment
Teachers were asked to list innovative ways of teaching and the equipment they would need. As a result, 18 grants totaling more than $23,000 were distributed to teachers representing all five Santa Clarita school districts by the SCV Education Foundation. Thirty-eight teachers had submitted grant applications. Some of the items include equipment to support a drone technology program, Chromebooks, Lego Mindstorms, and more.
