The Fed just raised rates again and has signaled that it will continue to do so. Great for the economy but on a micro level – you and I and our families – it can make the difference between buying a single family home, a townhouse or even changing the neighborhood or hood you end up considering and all the ups and downs that come from that trade off. Long story short, now is the time to make moves and if nothing else, entertain your options so you know what your decision to either take action or not take action will amount to down the line.
