Laura’s Book Corner Six Months Later by Natalie D. Richards
RATING:****
I was at the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading this book. It kept me guessing until the very last line! The one thing I have to complain about is that the deaths were pretty intense for the recommended age group. But it was a rollercoaster of emotions. If you enjoy mystery and realistic fiction, this book is perfect for you.
SUMMARY:
Chloe is a junior in high school. In a SAT study group with a psychologist they offer many tips to relaxing including tea, meditation, and concentration. After a study group session, she falls asleep in study hall in the middle of May. When she wakes up, it’s the middle of winter. Her memory is gone and she has a completely different life. She is the girlfriend of a boy she never thought she had a chance with, she got a stunning SAT score, a test she doesn’t even remember taking, and her best friend won’t even take a second to speak with her. What happened while she was “supposedly asleep”? Read the book to find out—I totally recommend it!
