Many people believe good skin comes from good genes.  While some of that is true, your skin routine and lifestyle have everything to do with the way your skin behaves!  Skin health is impacted by diet, stress and breakouts that occur.
Spa Prive owner Deena, offers the following advice for acne prone skin:
Do: Wash your face morning and night, apply recommended topical products and sunscreen daily (rain or shine)
Do: Get professional treatments twice a month and when skin clears up once a month will be sufficient for maintenance
Don’t: Touch your face or pick, these are the worst things one can do to spread bacteria and create scars.
Do: Change your pillow case three times a week as well as avoid fried foods and sugar.  Add greens to your diet for the best results.
For normal and mature skin, I offer the following advice:
• Cleansing, toning, eye cream and sunscreen of at least 50 spf for your day time routine
• Adding a serum and a firming night cream is recommended to keep your face hydrated and nourished.
