Festival of the Arts – Dream BIG!
Grace Baptist Church at 22833 Copper Hill Drive was buzzing with excitement as families from the Saugus School District came to listen to original poetry, art and music by their Honor Band and Chorus.
The auditorium was filled with families celebrating the gift of the Arts! The Honor Band and Choir was so good, not to mention the directors cheering the kids on with enthusiastic conducting and the solo poetry readings were done so professionally. Art displays filled the foyer of the worship center and had each school listed on the top of each display along with the celebrated artist!
It does a heart good to know that the Arts are alive in the Santa Clarita Schools and our children are definitely richer in so many ways for it. Thank you Saugus School District and Grace Baptist Church for a wonder and creative evening.
