 Summer greetings from Autism Learning Partners! Autism Learning Partners strives to give hope, support and paths of progress for children and their families living with Autism and related disorders.  It is our mission to provide quality Autism Services across North L.A.
Autism Learning Partners has worked hard to recruit and attract quality clinicians who can deliver cutting edge and socially significant behavior support to every family we service.  In addition to our premier behavior services we have been successfully running social skills groups on a weekly basis.
One of the most prevalent challenges for individuals with autism spectrum disorder is in the area of social skills. This includes difficulty with observational skills, eye contact, play interactions, social pragmatics, taking another’s perspective, making inferences, and sharing enjoyment and building relationships. We believe that achievement in the domain of social interaction greatly improves the quality of life for a learner and we place a premium on screening, assessment, and individually tailored interventions.
During social skills groups your child can play and interact in a safe and supportive environment.  Our team of professionals promotes interactions, guides your child through play based learning and leads your child to respond to social cues from others.  In addition to free-play there are a variety of structured and themed activities!  Most recently our team of therapists had an incredible Talent Show where all of our kiddos could showcase their unique talents and share something they loved.
In addition to our Glendale and Valencia groups, Social Skills Groups will be expanding into Palmdale and Northridge!  We are incredibly excited to share this opportunity with more families.  Our North Los Angeles region is proud of our team of our local clinicians and confident we can provide your family with the support and quality ABA services your family deserves.
