See how the owners, Jamie and Francine Alba have brought the “Hollywood” feel with a breath taking twist to the Santa Clarita Valley. These posh renovations brought to life have made Sisley The Place To Be.
As you walk through the front door be prepared to step into wonderment. Marvel at the Victorian-style grand chandeliers that grace the room, making any dining experience memorable. Be inspired by the new, expanded bar that is complemented with Tiffany blue bar stools and sleek counter tops. Be sure to check out the jaw-dropping private dining room with dark walls and red leather dining chairs complete with a grand chandelier. The attention to detail in every corner of this room will keep you in awe for hours. Relish the beauty of one of the secluded dining tables, especially the one with the red leather chesterfield. You will find another private room with a semi-circular wrought-iron gate that makes you feel as if you’re in a dream.
People say that elegance should be seen inside as well as outside, and here you will find just that! The outside patio named The West Patio, off of the bar, harbors grand comfortable sofas, and its own easy shareable menu, making it that perfect place for cocktails and socializing with friends!
A small plates menu will also be available at the bar and on the patios at Sisley for those of you who are late nighters. With its nightclub feel, Sisley will be staying open late.
The updated bakery displays will make anyone rethink their diet. Their attention to lighting alone, as it hits the delicacies call to you like a siren’s song.

The Alba’s, while firmly intent on keeping the core Sisley favorites, have also achieved a much wanted new palette renovation with the hiring of Chef Adam Bokal. The Alba’s worked together with Chef Bokal for many months to include favorites the Alba’s experienced when traveling throughout the USA, hip cities like New York, Nashville, New Orleans, as well as abroad. The Alba’s always love bringing what is hip in LA to our Santa Clarita enclave, to avoid the need to leave. Chef Bokal promises to continue bringing, exciting seasonal additions to the menu always giving new and bringing back classics to add to your experience.
