As a young homeowner, I remember it took a myriad of estimates to find the right person for the job. I wanted someone who was knowledgeable, honest and detailed. I really wanted to know exactly what was going to happen when I signed that contract. I’ve had many excellent experiences in the contracting world and, as a contractor, I strive to represent the best of how I’ve been treated over the years.
So, when I started my company I was determined that each of my customers would be treated respectfully and honestly. This philosophy is our primary motivation. When you treat clients right, the revenue falls into place. Referrals are free, so generating a happy business relationship is the most profitable thing you can do. Our service commitment extends to our employees. We are committed to giving them a happy, stable working environment. As a result, we have no turnover. The means more experienced, happy installers that create a positive experience with you, the customer. It’s all a win-win.
Our litmus test is this: are we treating you the way that we would want to be treated? We work hard to communicate all possibilities over the telephone so that you aren’t unpleasantly surprised if the price changes.
