Why Train Like an American Ninja
Why exercise at all? A great number of people exercise to lose fat and “tone up”. Some want to gain muscle while others hope to gain energy. And some exercise for the pursuit of a longer and better quality of life. All great reasons to pursue fitness. There is another reason, perhaps the most important reason of all which is, to be prepared to handle life.
I often say that “it is better to have a skill set and never need it than to need a skill set and not have it”. For example, bench pressing is unlikely to save your life (unless you’re a mechanic under a small car), learning to climb a rope however may be a skill that literally saves your life.
At Ignition Fitness we want everything we do in our training sessions and group classes to improve your quality of life outside the gym.
We’ve developed obstacles for all levels from the novice in poor health to the advanced training for their shot on the popular network show American Ninja Warrior. We have competitors from all over the west coast training at our gym and working with our junior ninjas.
To see what you’re capable of takes time and testing. Come take some time with us and test yourself little by little to be your very Best.
