The dine in specials are good on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to close. “Rattler’s, one of the few Bar-B-Que spots in the Santa Clarita area. When I purchased my first home here, my realtor catered my house warming from Rattlers, that was my first time trying it. I came a couple times after and the dining-in experience was okay. One of my fellow yelpers said the food taste better for pick up, so I thought I’d try that.
Today’s experience, prompted me to write this review. Called in my order for pickup today and when I arrived, I was greeted by a very welcoming and engaging young man named Christian. Apparently, I unknowingly did not order enough food for my family. When the food came, I realized guess what, this is not enough. Well, Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and guided me in ordering the right amount.
I was so impressed with his great customer service, I had to call the Manager Annette and informed her of how lucky they are to have such an awesome young man to work in their establishment.
