Find Your GREEN PATH at the 2017 Green STEM Summit Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
You are invited to participate in the Green STEM Summit organized by the Santa Clarita Environmental Education Consortium (SCEEC). This summit is intended for high school (grades nine to 12) and community college students to learn more about green careers in an interactive way.
Participate in small group mentoring by environmental professionals and hear from a panel of experts in the water industry and green careers. Explore the different environmental science programs from California colleges and universities. If you have an environmentally-themed poster, you can sign up for it to be displayed and participate in a competition.
Lunch will be provided for summit participants.
Bring a poster-board created for a past assignment or project for great prizes! All environmental topics are welcome. Please see the website for rules and suggestions for a competitive project.
This event is free, but registration is required, so please visit http://sceec.org to sign up today.
