Persia Lounge & Restaurant – New Year’s Party

 Experience the holiday tasting of the Middle East with Persia Lounge and Restaurant. With its Main Street Newhall location, this restaurant is full of food, beautiful settings and live entertainment. Executive chef and co-owner, Mandana Mirbabak, takes the cuisine and culture of her homeland and transports them into a beautiful restaurant with delicious food.
Some of the chef’s specialties include a special Hummus recipe, an open flamed grilled rack of lamb, Albaloo polo with chicken, which is a chicken skewer with grilled tomato and sour cherry rice, and a North Atlantic wild salmon that is grilled to perfection.
The lounge also features a subterranean cocktail lounge that welcomes all those with sophisticated tastes and sensibilities to enjoy these middle eastern-inspired drinks.
This happening place is not only a restaurant, but also a lounge with events every Friday and Saturday night. Friday night features an exotic belly dancing show and a live band can be found on Saturday night. Persia Lounge & Restaurant also offers hookah on the back patio and a variety of live entertainment.
For large holiday celebrations, the Lounge & Restaurant also provide catering for all occasions, with crowd-pleasers from Dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) to Tabbouleh (parsley salad) to Koobideh Kabob (a skewer of fine minced beef broiled over an open fire).
