Ring in the New Year with Persia Lounge

 Persia will be hosting a New Year’s Party that includes a 3-course meal and entertainment. Celebrate this national holiday with a touch of the Middle East. The 3-course meal includes wide selections for a special menu. The first course, appetizers, includes hummus: a roasted garbanzo bean dish infused with special spices, shirazi salad: a refreshing dish of diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion tossed with a lemon sauce fused with herbs and spices. These are just to name a few. Following the appetizer, is a variety of choices for your main course such as Koobideh Kabob, a favorite among many. This fire roasted beef dish is cooked over an open flame. As it cooks the meat is soaked in a smoky flavor and then seasoned with Persian spices and herbs. There are also vegetarian options and other meats to choose from such as White fish or Lamb Shanks. After that save room for dessert. The dessert is a mystery as of now but to give a hint it will be quite delicious! The 3 course dinner is $50 per person which includes the meal along with one free glass of your choice: house wines, champagne, or soft drink. Reservations are required. Count down like a Shah and ring in the new with a Persian twist. Dine and enjoy the belly dancing show. After the meal, and a few cocktails get out on the dance floor! There will be music from a playlist of the hottest hits from 2017 and prior.
