A Classic Chopped Salad or Bacon Wrapped Dates… Dishes that made Sisley a mainstay in Santa Clarita starting in 1993, are still being offered alongside the exciting new seasonal creations from executive head chef Adam Bokal, there is now something for everyone.
The food has always been their strong suit (and it’s now even better), but since their dramatic renovation was completed, there’s also a setting for any occasion. Whatever experience you’re looking to create – a date, a family get-together, a weekday business lunch, drinks with friends – there’s a unique space, all under one roof, to create that rewarding escape – that every great meal should be.
Sisley wanted to do more than just update the decor, they wanted to create an environment unique for Valencia, and they’ve succeeded. The bar is reason enough to stop by. It’s become a magnet for people looking to stop by just to gawk, to eat a full meal, or to enjoy Happy Hour: 12 – 6pm, 9pm – close, daily.
The dining room is expansive, with high backed booths, and weathered zinc tables. The private dining area was transformed into a stunning space, with Ferrari-red leather chairs. If you’re looking for a private party but with more energy, there’s an area called the “nook” seating up to twelve and is partitioned looking out over the bar, and the west patio with its bungalow-style sofa seating. There’s a fire pit or the garden patio.
There’s valet parking right out front, and while it’s an ideal place for a special meal, there’s plenty of affordable options, whether it’s a salad break in between shopping, personal pizzas, a prime cut steak or one of their new hand-crafted sandwich options that come with soup and salad. And since this can be an especially stressful time of year, dropping in for a cappuccino and one of their award winning desserts, made fresh daily by their in-house pastry chef, is never a bad idea.
