Empowering HeArts
The red carpet has been rolled up; Single Mothers Outreach (SMO) fundraising dinner gala, Empowering HeArts, has officially wrapped. Empowering HeArts was the hottest ticket in town; seats were completely sold out prior to the night of the gala. After announcing there were no more tickets, SMO was still receiving requests for more tickets to be made available just days before the gala.
On the night of the event, guests arrived in their Old Hollywood attire, ready for their photo-op and viewed some gorgeous art as they sipped from a glass of wine. Guests were later escorted to a beautiful dinner and had the opportunity to listen to the stories of incredibly resilient women in this community.
The event was an absolute success all thanks to generous sponsors, donors, volunteers and our lovely planning committee. SMO would not have been able to pull it off without the support of all the generous hearts involved. Every volunteer, donor and sponsor donated their time and money to support an organization that seeks to better the lives of troubled families.
The funds raised during the gala will help support programs and services provided such as diapers, food, clothing, case management, therapy, workshops and so much more! Know that every donation is actively making a difference in the lives of all the families served.
SMO would like to extend its deepest and most heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to all those who helped make this night possible, if you were involved in any way making this night happen, know you are actively changing lives.
