 As I was perusing through Denise Myer’s thoughtfully decorated boutique last month for my mom, I found the most amazing space… it was a mix of cool tattoo inspired art, flasks, whiskey tumblers, and quotes on bottles, pint glasses and more. All of the kinds of things my dad would love. I quickly started shopping for him, completely losing focus at the task at hand. Something I find easy to do when I am in Ma Maison… but wait, I was here for my mom, I told myself. With such an eclectic variety of items, I find myself thinking of so many friends and family that would appreciate Denise’s boutique.
“There is a little bit of everything I love here in Ma Maison. I try to select products, and artists that speak to me. Things I connect with and hope my customers do as well,” says Denise. “I get many compliments on the variety I offer in my store. It gives me great joy to see a new client, or a returning customer come in and leave with some fun and unexpected items.”
I found myself gravitating toward the tattoo-styled flasks by Trixie & Milo. Trixie and Milo believe that gifts and accessories should be useful, authentic and timeless.  With that in mind, the couple founded the company in 2011 to make classic American flasks and drink-ware—then hit the road with their new wares. They were an immediate hit!  It seemed that everyone wanted a cool vintage style drinking flask.
