A Month of Giving and Fun with Salt Creek Grille Valencia

 For the month of September Salt Creek Grille, Valencia will be hosting a “Cheers to Charity” wine tasting fundraiser to benefit Project Sebastian on Wednesday, September 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This non-profit organization is a leader in finding a cure for Batten Disease CLN8, a rare condition that primarily affects the nervous system and is characterized by recurrent seizures and a decline in intellectual function. Stop by Salt Creek to enjoy appetizers and some fabulous wines while supporting a great cause.
Following this event, Salt Creek Grille Valencia is hosting another amazing night on September 12. In partnership with Cass Winery, the restaurant will be doing a five-course dinner with wine parings from Cass Winery. Cass Winery is a 145-acre, award winning, family owned and operated vineyard from Paso Robles. Tickets are still available for $95 per person (plus tax + 22 percent gratuity). This course includes delicious selections such as Crab Bouquet Salad paired with the Rockin’ One Blanc and try the very scrumptious Red Chimichurri Hanger Steak with Vegetable Skewer and Peppercorn White Cheddar Soufflé that is paired with Backbone Syrah. A must is the fifth course, a nutty desert that is sure to entice your taste buds, especially for the “chocoholics”. This dish is paired with a very fruitful dessert wine that is simply divine. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. on the patios.
