First class of West Ranch High Celebrates Their 10th Anniversary Reunion

 The first class of West Ranch High school celebrated their 10 year reunion on September 15 at Wolf Creek Brewery. This particular class of 2008 is a very unique class because they were the first graduating class in West Ranch history. Because they were the first class, they were always the oldest and grew up very closely together. The class of 2008 will always go down as the class to start many traditions that are continued on at West Ranch Today. They even started out 9th grade at Rancho Pico Junior High because the high school campus was not finished in time for freshman year to start in 2004.
The reunion was a two-day celebration where students were invited back on campus to participate in West Ranch’s homecoming rally along with having their own alumni section at the homecoming game that same night. The following day was the reunion where students from the class of 2008 met at Wolf Creek Brewery to have a drink and remanence with old friends about the good times back at West Ranch. Being that they were the smallest senior class, the reunion still had over 100 people come. The committee consisted of former students Taylor Kellstrom, Bethany Onywera, Jillian Agonias, Haylee Arimoto, Nicolette Pistone, Megan Watkins, Nathan Reynolds, Chelsea Zawistowski and Kaoru Takeya.
