Total Care Pharmacy is one of the few retail pharmacies to offer medication therapy management for their patients. This benefit allows patients to have one on one sessions with the pharmacist to discuss their current prescription medications, over the counter medications, and vitamins and supplements. Our pharmacist will work with you and your doctor to help lower your medication costs and to try to reduce the number of medications you take on a daily basis. During the appointment patients can also have their blood pressure measured, and blood sugar tested to screen for diabetes.
