 Bri was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley. She is a proud Rosedell Elementary, Arroyo Seco Jr. High, Saugus High School and College of the Canyons Alumni! Bri began her Real Estate career in 1999 (at the age of 16) when she began processing loans. She then moved on to become a transaction coordinator. This role allowed her to personally handle fifteen to twenty escrows per month, before she was even old enough to be licensed!
When Bri turned 18, she became a Notary Public, Certified Loan Document signer and obtained her Real Estate License while also taking courses at College of the Canyons to obtain her Associate’s Degree. Since then, Bri has been a full time, Top Producing Residential Real Estate agent! Bri is 100 percent dedicated and qualified to exceed all of your Real Estate expectations. No one knows and appreciates the Santa Clarita Valley – including Saugus, Valencia, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic- and the surrounding areas better than Bri Waterman!
