Le Chene Invites Residents to November Celebrations

 Le Chene French Cuisine, local favorite restaurant along Sierra Highway, has announced that they will be hosting two special events coming to you in November.
In celebration of the arrival of the new wine of the year, Le Chene will be hosting a Beaujolais Nouveau dinner on Thursday, November 16 starting at 7 p.m. This special celebration, which is one of France’s most loved festivals, is held annually on the third Thursday of November, when wine lovers can finally proclaim “Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrive!” In honor of this popular French tradition, Le Chene invites all guests to drink and enjoy this year’s 2018 George Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau, along with a specially prepared three course meal to pair with the delicious wine from this year’s harvest. This dinner at Le Chene is a prepaid for a total of $60.00 per person, which will cover the cost of the wine, food, tax, and tip.
Additionally, to kick off the holiday season, Le Chene will also be serving a specially prepared dinner for Thanksgiving Day, November 22 starting at 2 p.m. (last reservation at 7 p.m.) In addition to its regular menu, entree specials will include turkey and roasted goose, both served with traditional Thanksgiving trimmings. Bottles of Juan’s Red Wine, Claudia’s Grenache Wine, and Beaujolais Nouveau will also have special pricing for this day only.
