What We Are Thankful For

When I was growing up, we had a family tradition of going around the table and saying what we were thankful for. In that same spirit, I asked around the hospital to see what our staff is thankful for this time of year.
Here are some of the things we are most thankful for:
• Our wonderful clients, who trust us to care for their furry family members
• Our wonderful clients, who sometimes bring us tasty snacks so we all have to go on a diet
• Our fellow co-workers, who work so well together and make the day fun, and who treat every patient like their own
• Our health and the health of our beloved pets
• This great place where we work
• The amazing tools we have that help us in our job: state-of-art blood machines, digital x-ray and digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, microscopes, digital computer records
• The great weather we have
• The great traffic. Nope, not that one.
• More great clients, who make their pets’ health a priority
We are truly thankful to be part of the veterinary community in Santa Clarita. Veterinary medicine allows each of us to play a part in the health and safety of animals, and for the people who love them. Thank you for being part of our lives!
