Cooking from the Heart with Bella Cucina
What does it mean to have fine dining? Does this mean an overpriced meal with subpar flavors? Or is it food that is already prepared and just heated up for you to enjoy? Probably not! When you go into a fine dining establishment, especially an Italian one, prepare to have a few appetizers, some cocktails or wine and maybe even prepare for dessert after your main course. At Bella Cucina owner Jay Hamzei and Chef Toumadi create a space where you come for an ultimate dining experience. Each dish is carefully prepared right when you order it. It might take a little time, but everything is made fresh and catered to your taste. This is the only restaurant where you will find the Chef creates meals on what taste you are feeling for the moment.
With a full kitchen staff, Bella Cucina makes sure every dish is made just as Grandma would make it, from the heart. Each person is assigned a specific job and does the job the whole night through. From port wine reduction to dressing the plate, each person remains on line to give your order that tender love and care that you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. From the early hours in the morning Chef Toumadi and his team are preparing to serve between 200 to 300 customers a day. They prepare the dough for all the bread in the kitchen so when it comes to your table it’s piping hot with a lot of mouthwatering aromas.
Bella Cucina makes it a custom that every person that walks in the door feels like family. They want their customers to leave very satisfied about their dining experience. Each night you can catch the Chef coming out to greet customers and cater recipes to their taste for the evening. If you are feeling like garlic, then he will have several suggestions on sauces and dishes that are infused with garlic.
Stop by and prepare to spend some time enjoying yourself and your company while the kitchen works hard to give you an amazing feast.
