A Show of Ability

It was a full house at Ignition Fitness on Saturday, February 9th for their Jr. Ninja Warrior Style Obstacle Course Competition. Twenty-five kids and young adults participated in a test of ability that challenged their mind, their body and their heart. Surrounded by family, friends and well-wishers the kids ran the course in four age groups ranging from six years to 16. Many of the participants practice at Ignition Fitness in the youth program offered Monday through Thursday. You can learn more about it online at www.IgnitonFitnessGym.com.
