Spring Time at Wolf Creek Restaurant and Brewing Company

 Spring is approaching fast and as we say “goodbye” to a record breaking cold winter we say “hello” to warmer temperatures and the beauty of blooming flowers. In light of all the new Spring brings to our favorite pack, Wolf Creek is bringing a new Spring Brewer’s Menu with flavors of the Orient. Such selections as Udon and Banh Mi. Udon is a Japanese dish of thick wheat flour noodles served hot as a soup. Bánh mì refers to a kind of Vietnamese single-serving baguette filled with various savory ingredients. Also in the month of March Wolf Creek will feature some Irish favorites to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Thursday thru Sunday. Wolf Creek will have a March Madness “Bracket” at the restaurant and a St. Patty’s day/Goodbye Speigeltent event at the brewer.
Our favorite pack will once again be helping a local non-profit with this month’s Community Pints Partner. The non-profit that will benefit from this month’s donations will be Hands On Santa Clarita. HandsOn Santa Clarita provides support and resources to build non- profit capacity and connect local non-profit organizations with volunteers, groups, and businesses to meet the needs of the community. So, come out and dine with a purpose to benefit such an amazing organization.
