Fun at First Casino Night
It was Assistance League Santa Clarita’s first Casino Night! Cards were turning, roulette wheels were spinning, dice were thrown, and laughter and happy shouts filled the grand ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Valencia. After a delicious three course dinner, the Las Vegas type gaming began. Many lucky winners went home with wonderful prizes which were donated by generous businesses in our community.
Assistance League took this opportunity to display posters which revealed pictures of our organization’s future new home. It was explained to our guests that, after some renovations, Assistance League will have a new larger resale store and chapter headquarters to better serve our community. The surplus from Casino Night will help us to make our program, Operation School Bell®, able to provide more school clothes, shoes and eyeglasses to children in need in the Santa Clarita Valley. We thank the members of our community for their continued support.
