Ringing in 30 Years with Rattler’s Bar B Que Longtime Restaurant Team Members Celebrate Milestone
Cheers to 30 years! Rattler’s Bar B Que, which opened their doors to the public in 1988, celebrated the 30-year milestone of some of their team members who have been with the restaurant since the very beginning.
The restaurant hosted its entire staff and all those who have worked at Rattler’s over the years to honor the team members who have been committed to the restaurant for more than a quarter of a century. Rattler’s attributes much of its success over the years to not only its sensational food, but more importantly, the exceptional, warm and welcoming team who take pride in serving the loyal Santa Clarita guests.
“It’s not often in business that you see people stay with you for 30 years, especially in the restaurant industry,” said General Manager, Javier Arambula. “We have six original team members still working with us today, and we are so grateful for their many contributions over the years. This was a celebration of their loyalty and tremendous service to others. We are who we are, stronger and more committed than ever, thanks in large part to their passion for what we do every day.”
The restaurant’s private celebration took place in the evening for all Rattler’s team members and managers, past and present, to be a part of. The group was brought together to celebrate the promotion of a new manager to the team, and when the original six arrived, they were greeted with a surprise from those they have known for most of their lives.
“Rattler’s is a special place. It’s our home. It’s a place we truly enjoy welcoming the community to for years to come,” said Lori Wallace, Area Director and one of those celebrated that evening.
The entire restaurant team celebrated 30 years in business in 2018 with a series of special offers, giveaways and donations throughout the community.
