Summer is in Full Swing
As we are in full swing of summer weather, your bedroom should feel cool and comfortable. Swap out your warm winter bedding, lighten up your heavy window treatments and make your bedroom light and airy for a cheery look so you will feel cooler and sleep better.
Make a switch to light cool-toned colors, this will help your room feel cooler. Change your bedding with new shams with a trim and a new soft insert to make your bedding more elegant.
Try adding a bed skirt in a different style or even a gathered or pleated skirt. Your comforter needs to be changed out to a lighter one, try one in a Matelassé fabric, a luxurious lightweight fabric which makes a wonderful choice.
By lightening up your window treatments with light, airy options your retreat will feel more peaceful. Perhaps add a valence to frame out the windows, this would add a beautiful touch.
Bring in a plant they help relax you and remove toxins in the air, add some wall art either one large piece or put an arrangement of small pieces or make a gallery wall. Change your lighting
by adding new lamps with end tables. For a different look change the layout of your furniture and see your room in a whole new light!
There are many different and small changes that will make a huge difference in your bedroom. If you are looking for help in design, fabric choices, hardware or trim choices I will personally
come to your home with some wonderful ideas and choices.
We also specialize in custom upholstery, slipcovers and bedding. We can also take care of the design, fabric, hardware and trims.
