New Menu Items at The Old Town Junction
The Old Town Junction has quickly become a favorite throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Chef Daniel Otto and the team make it a point to treat customers like family while offering outstanding customer service and dishes that are nothing short of divine!
For the past, few months Chef Otto has been working on new menu selections that are full of flavor for all to enjoy. These exciting new items are now available on the menu and include fabulous dishes inspired by recipes from around the globe. The Old Town Junction provided a few descriptions on the new menu items take a peak and what is now available:
Seared Day Boat Scallops
This sea food dish is made with pea puree, corn relish, yuzu gel, crispy prosciutto, and crispy potato.
Smoked Chicken Salad
A colorful recipe that contains mixed greens and iceberg lettuce, roasted pepitas, sweet corn, black beans, tomato, feta, cilantro, red bell pepper, fried shallots and topped with a creamy cilantro dressing.
Soba Noodle Salad
A Japanese dish made with cold soba noodles, pickled vegetables, cabbage, baby greens, julienne bell peppers, red onion, Thai basil, toasted sesame seeds, and tossed with a soy ginger vinaigrette.
Octopus and Shrimp Aqua Chili
This taste of the sea recipe contains lime juice, tomato, cucumber water, serrano essence, pico, avocado, and served on a tostada.
Hummus
An appetizer made with micro herbs, tzatziki, roasted veg, served with chips and flatbread.
