Newhall Press Room Wins

 We are thrilled to announce that we won back-to-back élite Magazine’s Ultimate Dining award for Ultimate wine bar 2018/2019. These awards were voted on by readers and followers of élite Magazine. We are so honored to have been chosen for this award and we would like to thank everyone that voted for us.
In addition, Wine Spectator recognized us with an “Award of Excellence.” We are the only Santa Clarita restaurant that has been recognized by Wine Spectator.. The Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards recognize restaurants whose wine lists offer a wide range of varietals by the glass, in addition to curated and scratched made cuisine.
To qualify for an award, a wine list must present complete, accurate information, including vintages and appellations for all selections. Complete producer names and correct spellings are mandatory, and the overall presentation of the list is also considered. Lists that meet these requirements are judged for one of our three awards.
We can’t believe we we have won these two awards. Such a honor. Newhall Press Room was created when three individuals wanted to create a space where people could come together to learn and share their knowledge of all things wine related. The Press Club is both a wine club and loyalty program. While most wine clubs send wines with little or no input from you, members of the Press Club will have the ability to select only the wines they want. Choose your membership level carefully. The higher level you join, the quicker you will acquire loyalty points which can be redeemed for free deserts, flatbreads, pastas, and the Valley Board (their signature cheese and charcuterie board).
