Looking for Their Forever Home – November 2019

by | Oct 28, 2019 | Pet Services

The Brittany Foundation is a non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.
Oreo – “Yes, my name is Oreo, like the cookie, only sweeter.  I am still a pup at three years old and love to play-play-play with some of my neighbors and my roommate, Maxie.  I am also kid friendly.  I was rescued out of a high kill shelter and lived with a foster for a short time, but they could not keep me so I came out to The Brittany Foundation so they could help me search for my forever home.  If you are looking for a cute little girl, then I’m your gal.  I’m an eight-pound Chihuahua mix.”
Maxie – “My name is Maxie and I’m one heck of a guy.  Cute, precocious, maybe a bit of a troublemaker or maybe not, but I’ll keep you guessing.   I am a gem that needs a bit of polish, if you get my drift.  I love to play with my neighbors and especially my current roommate, Oreo.  She’s lots of fun.  I like short walks and would like to have more of an adult family who would like the challenge of this prankster.  I’m a male Terrier mix about five years old.  Are you game to have me join your family?’
Ella – “Hard to believe that I’m nine years old.  I still play with toys, for gosh sakes!  I came to The Brittany Foundation with my friend and roommate, Titan, a big ole’ hound mix.   Our owner couldn’t take care of us anymore.  But you know what?  We still have lots of love to give to a new person.  Whether we go together, or each get a separate home, we will love you forever.  How about it?  Got room in your heart and home for me?  I’m worth it.  I’m a female Yellow Lab mix.
Titan – “Voted cutest hound face!   My name is Titan and I came from a shelter with my friend, Ella.  Our owner couldn’t take care of us anymore.  I’m told I’m a big goof.  Well, just look at me and spend some time with me and you will know why!  I do know a few training commands, like sit.  But I could use more attention to my playbook.  I’m about five or six years old and have lots of life and love left to give to a great owner.  Could that be you?”
