Well It’s Finally Happened, The Lights Are Not Going On

 The day of turning on your light switch and expecting the lights to go on, can no longer be taken for granted. Our once reliable source of electrical power is no longer reliable. As a result, the largest California power utility company (PG&E) accumulated enough lawsuits to force them into bankruptcy.
All Power Utility companies will now have to limit power especially during extreme weather such as high winds. Obviously, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and government municipalities will get a steady amount of power deliveries for the sake of public safety. As for you and your family, power will be delivered on a limited basis. As a result, you will have to adjust. Some of these adjustments are simple, such as stocking up on a three to seven-day water and food supply, batteries, and if your budget permits a portable gas-powered generator to reduce food loss.
