I will not refuse to do something I can do.” These words from Helen Keller personify how Dr. Jason Plunkett lives his life. At ZOE International, he leads his team in the fight against the atrocities of child trafficking through prevention, rescue and restoration.
Human trafficking is a $150 billion industry and the fastest growing crime in the world. Women and children represent 72 percent of trafficking victims. California harbors three of the FBI’s 13 highest child sex trafficking areas in the nation:  Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego. An Arizona pimp once bragged that with “young girls, you promise them heaven, they’ll follow you to hell.”
That is why Dr. Jason will be overseeing ZOE’s new state-of-the-art restoration home for trafficked minor girls.  The extreme trauma that these victims have experienced requires specialized skill, understanding, and love to help restore their broken lives.
Dr. Jason is committed to ending human trafficking in his lifetime.
