J.R.’s Comedy Club Invites You to Join Them

 J.R.’s Comedy Club has been bringing world class Comedy entertainment to the SCV for the last 22 years. Comedy greats like Dana Carvey, Shawn Wayons, Elayne Boosler, Emo Philips, and Bobby Collins have graced our stage. We are now located inside Mimi’s Cafe in a cool little room which has fast become one of the hottest most intimate places to see live comedy in Southern California. We have some very special shows lined up as we head toward New Year’s Eve. We have Don Friesen on November 30, Comedy Legend Bobby Collins on December 7, John DiResta on December 14, and an All-Star Lineup on December 21 to celebrate our Anniversary.
Then on New Year’s Eve we move to The Embassy Suites Ballroom where we will have two huge shows with Mark Eddie “The Rock and Roll Comedian” Jeff Johnson, Randy Lubas (J.R.), and host Paul Moomjean. Mark Eddie’s show has been described as a Rock Concert with nonstop Laughter, and he is the perfect act to ring in the New Year!
East Coast New Year’s for the Early Birds from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m., and West Coast New Year’s from 8:15 p.m. in the dining area of the Hotel, moving into the Ballroom at 10 p.m. for the second show, ending with a countdown at Midnight.
Both shows include a superb dinner, champagne toast, noisemakers, party favors and hats.
